V02 Max Test

 Knowing your V02 max—and how to upgrade it—could be your most valuable asset in gradually improving your fitness and performance over time. 

Key Metrics:

  • Aerobic threshold (fat burning heart rate)
  • Anaerobic threshold (carbohydrate burning heart rate)
  • V02 Max (maximum heart rate)

Metabolic Efficiency Test

The Metabolic Efficiency Point Test is an ideal test to determine how much carbohydrate and fat is burned during aerobic exercise, as well as what proportion of these fuels your muscles prefer. Understanding Fatmax will help optimize training and nutrition strategies and improves one's ability to use fat as a primary fuel source. This is not a max effort test.
