As a 50+ athlete Noelle has extensive knowledge as to what works and doesn't work for women in this stage of life. Most the the training plans found on training peaks and other platforms are designed for men with no considerations for female physiology. If you want to thrive during this difficult stage of life the Pedalpushers "peri/menopause" plans will reduce stress and  improve your fitness, body composition and sleep. We can work together towards a personalized plan that fits your budget, schedule and goals. Bronze, Silver and Gold plans available.

PERSONAL TRAINING FOR 40+ WOMEN

 

Pedalpushers coaching offers private, semi private and small group training. Strength training is a key component of the 40+ women's training programing. Strength and conditioning coaching (resistance training, cardio training, corrective exercise and mobility training) is periodized specific to each individual’s goals and needs.  Each client must begin with a 1:1  session which consists of learning about your specific experience, movement pattern assessment, education, and an exploration of your goals. From there, we determine what programming works best for your budget, availability and unique situation.  Regardless of choice, programming will revolve around your specific goals. 


SESSIONS ARE CONDUCTED VIRTUALLY OR AT CHALKS FITNESS AND TRAINING.

INDOOR AND OUTDOOR CYCLING TRAINING

Pedal Pushers offers  personalized coaching services, road, gravel and mountain bike clinics and tours to all levels of cyclists who are looking not only to improve their bike handling skills. Our women only custom clinics provide a supportive environment where women can ride together, learn new skills and gain confidence on the bike. If you have a group of friends or just want a private session Pedalpushers coaching can customize a variety of options for you.
